This original O2 sensor measures the oxygen level in the exhaust gases. The ECU processes this information and adjusts the air/fuel ratio to keep CO2 emissions and fuel consumption as low as possible. A detrimental effect is that the motorcycle experiences problems at low engine speeds, runs poorly and/or delivers jerky power. Disconnecting this original sensor causes a warning light to appear on the dashboard; this O2 eliminator allows you to fool the system.
