The Puig Touring windscreen for the new BMW R1300RT was designed primarily to increase aerodynamic protection around the rider’s torso while riding.

The windscreen’s central surface has been aerodynamically designed to provide optimal protection while reducing the most bothersome turbulence generated by the original windscreen. When viewed from the side, the “flip” in the upper section helps deflect the airflow and reduce the pressure reaching the rider, eliminating turbulence around the ears in particular.

In addition, the air channel and central opening integrated into the Puig Touring windscreen for the R1300RT considerably reduce wind noise when riding at high speed.

The lower and side contours of the windscreen perfectly match the front fairing of the BMW R1300RT to increase side protection and ensure perfect integration with the original headlight.

Its stylized, pronounced lines are directed toward the radar area to highlight this element while providing greater structural rigidity to a windscreen of such large dimensions.

Available in clear, light smoke, and dark smoke. For users who own the BMW R1300RT in the Triple Black version, a bolder “Graphics” finish is also available.
