Puig’s NG Touring windscreen for the new BMW S1000R / M1000R from 2025 onward is primarily designed to increase protection for the rider’s torso without compromising the motorcycle’s sporty character.

The central surface has been aerodynamically designed to provide better rider protection while reducing the most bothersome turbulence generated by the original windscreen.

The lower central cutout allows the airflow reaching the front of the motorcycle to continue along its natural path without affecting the aerodynamic performance of the BMW S1000R.

The diagonal surfaces that give it its aggressive character also follow the design lines in the S1000R’s headlight area, ensuring perfect aesthetic integration. This way, the windscreen combines sporty styling with the protective functionality characteristic of touring models.

The lower and side lines adapt perfectly to the S1000R’s new front-end design to improve side protection and ensure a precise fit around the headlight.
