BITUBO Rear Shock Absorber for BMW R GS 1250 / 1200 / Adventure
 
The spring preload adjustment is done via a hydraulically activated preload that can be adjusted by hand or with a 14mm Allen key.
Suitable for all shock absorbers equipped with hydraulic preload designed for BMW, the small trilobed knob allows for easier adjustment thanks to its ergonomic shape, without the need for inconvenient tools.
The compensation chamber is separated from the body for better fluid cooling and greater positioning freedom.

It is connected by a flexible braided metal hose designed for very high pressures, to improve the shock absorber’s response by increasing grip and comfort.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Nitrogen pressurized, with a floating piston separating oil/gas in a compensation chamber. 16mm diameter piston rod with anti-friction treatment and low-friction guide bushings. Upper and lower mounting heads made of aerospace aluminum alloy, manufactured with precision CNC machines.

High-speed compression: 20 clicks
Rebound: 24 clicks

Center distance: 8 mm
