Adjust the height of your windscreen on the R 1250 / 1200 / GS / GSA according to your preferences or the weather conditions at any given moment with the Puig Electronic Regulation System (E.R.S.).

The E.R.S. (Electronic Regulation System) is a mechanism that allows you to adjust the height of your BMW’s windscreen at any time while riding, using a new-generation joystick-style button located on the handlebars.

While the OEM mechanism must be operated when stationary, requiring you to release the handlebars with your right hand, this button allows you to operate it with a single finger from whichever hand you prefer, thanks to its size and position on the handlebars.

This mechanism provides up to 60 mm more height than the original mechanism, protecting you from bad weather and wind gusts. For off-road routes or city riding, you can lower the height to 20 mm below the OEM position.

The E.R.S. replaces the original BMW system and is integrated as much as possible into the front of your motorcycle, reinforcing it and reducing the vibrations produced by the original windscreen adjustment system.

In addition, the mechanism includes two aerodynamic wind deflectors designed for when the screen is placed in the high position, diverting the airflow that would pass underneath it toward the sides and leaving the rider completely protected.
